§ 2 Transfer of risk
The transfer of risk shall be governed by the statutory provisions.
§ 3 Warranty
There is a legal right of liability for defects for the goods.
§ 4 Return Instructions
(1) Please observe the following points when returning goods:
Items must be returned in their original unworn condition and with all original components (e.g. stickers, protective films, security tags, labels).
An inspection of the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods, as would be customary in a retail store, is permitted. Any use beyond this (e.g. wearing outside) may result in an obligation to compensate for depreciation.
Each handbag is photographed before dispatch in order to document its condition.
Any depreciation in value will be determined by comparing the returned item with the original shipping documentation.
Please use an insured shipping method with tracking (e.g. DHL Parcel or DHL Express) and keep the tracking number until the return process is completed.
Removed protective films, security tags or signs of use that go beyond inspection as customary in a store may lead to depreciation in accordance with § 357a (7) BGB.
(2) These instructions serve to ensure smooth processing and do not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.
§ 5 Condition of Goods and Depreciation
(1) Our products mainly consist of high-end luxury handbags. The condition of each item is documented prior to sale and classified into the following categories:
Grade 1: New and unworn, with all accessories
Grade 2: Worn 1–3 times, in like-new condition
Grade 3: Excellent condition, minor signs of use
Grade 4: Very good condition, light signs of wear
Grade 5: Good condition, light to moderate signs of wear
Grade 6: Visibly aged, clear signs of wear and some damage
(2) In the case of returns within the statutory right of withdrawal, the item must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
(3) If a handbag is used beyond what is necessary for inspection (e.g. worn in everyday life) or if security tags, protective films or accessories are removed, we reserve the right to reduce the refund according to the resulting depreciation.
(4) Especially for handbags sold as “new and unworn” (Grade 1), even use beyond the permitted inspection may result in significant depreciation of up to 25% or more. This depreciation will be deducted from the refund in accordance with § 357a (7) BGB.
(5) The assessment of depreciation is based on our documentation of the original condition and standard market evaluation criteria for luxury handbags.
§ 6 Miscellaneous
After you have selected your goods in our online shop and clicked "Add to shopping cart", you can enter your personal data after clicking "Checkout" and then select the shipping method and payment method.
You can recognise and correct incorrect entries using the usual browser functions - lastly in the order confirmation window, where all the details of your order are displayed again.
Only by clicking on the "Buy now" button there you bindingly declare that you wish to purchase the goods contained in the shopping basket.
Immediately thereafter, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming the receipt of your order - not yet the acceptance of the order. With this e-mail you will also receive the contract text of your order, which is also available to you stored in the shop if you have created a customer account when placing your order.
We will either accept your order within seven days of receipt by e-mail or by delivery of the goods, or reject it by e-mail.
We will deliver within seven days at the latest.
The German language is available for the conclusion of the contract. There is a legal right of liability for defects for the goods.
